Readiness assessment
A fixed-scope on-site review of oncology and diagnostic IT, equipment, and workflows, delivered with a prioritized action plan.
Implementation and integration
Implementation of oncology information systems including ARIA and MOSAIQ, plus HL7 and DICOM interfaces and PACS, RIS, and LIS connectivity.
Training and go-live support
Bilingual training and on-the-ground support for new systems and new cancer-care or diagnostic centers.
Remote support retainer
Ongoing system administration, monitoring, vendor escalation, and staff support in French and English.

Led by two decades of U.S. healthcare technology experience.
Abdel Traore was educated in Bamako and the United States, where he earned a B.S. in Information Technology Management. Over nearly 20 years in U.S. healthcare technology, he has worked across hospital IT and radiation oncology systems — including ARIA and MOSAIQ — and delivered HL7 and DICOM integrations that connect clinical systems.
In 2016 he was profiled as an African tech entrepreneur exporting technology and medical supplies to African markets. BAARA HEALTH is the next chapter of that work: applying hard-won clinical-systems experience to build lasting healthcare infrastructure in Mali and West Africa.
